Some of our products and collections are sold on pre-order basis. We mostly stock PhiBrows collection and all the other collections are pre-order.
Please contact our support team, include required information about your order and describe the issue you are facing.

You can qualify for free delivery when ordering over £300 in the UK. International orders do not qualify for free shipment.
After the order is taken, and if it is in stock, the usual delivery period within UK is 1-5 working days. If some of the products are from the pre-order lists, it could take up to 3 weeks to receive the order. Please plan your orders upfront.
