NOTES ON DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within UK and the EU is fulfilled by DHL & FedEx - our exclusive logistics partners.
We process and ship all orders during our general business hours.
These hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 UTC +0:00 (with the exception of legal holidays).

The shipping costs for delivery to EU or other countries will appear at the checkout.
RIGHT OF RETURNS
You have the right to return within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The return period totals fourteen days from the day on which you or a third-party appointed by you, who is not a carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Tel +44 7377 376366, email email@example.com) by means of a clear declaration by email, of your decision to make a return.
In order to comply with the deadline for return, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercising of the right of make a return is sent before the end of the cancellation period.
CONSEQUENCES OF A PRODUCTS RETURN
If you make a return, we must refund to you all payments that we have received from you including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result if you have chosen another form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and not later than within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notification of the return. For such repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of such repayment.
We can refuse to make a repayment until we have received the goods back from you or until you have submitted proof that you returned the goods, depending on which is sooner.
The goods must be sent or submitted either to us or to PHIACADEMY LONDON, 7 Knightley Walk, London SW18 1HB. The deadline will be considered to have been met if you send the goods within the fourteen days.
Costs of return shipping will be borne by us.
You will only be responsible for paying for any loss when checking the quality, features and functioning of the goods.
